Seeking help for an eating disorder can be embarrassing and scary. However, do not make that as an obstacle to seek help because getting treatment is important. If you are suffering from anorexia, bulimia or binge eating, treatment will be much easier if you have an experienced and caring health professional to guide you.

Step1 – Find a specialist

To successfully get treatment, you need to find a doctor or therapist who specializes in it. If your problem is anorexia, bulimia or binge eating, identifying a specialist in each problem will increase your recovery success. Work with a person you are comfortable with.

Step 2 – Admit you have problems
