This should translate to, on a somewhat, regular basis, performing, a check – up, from the NECK – up! Whatever the mind of man, can perceive and conceive, he can achieve. This statement, usually attributed to Henry Ford, aligns, directly with the sage advice and words, from Groucho Marx, It’s a matter of mind over matter. If you don’t have a mind, it doesn’t matter! With that in mind, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means and represents, and how, how we feel, about ourself, is, generally, relevant to having the finest, personal health.
1. Needs; nerve; niche: Take the time, to ask yourself, what makes you happiest, and most contented, and why! Are you willing to be one of the future, personally fulfilled individuals, with the nerve, to be objective, and true, to yourself? Is there any favorite niche, you wish to consider, and why, do you believe, it’s best, for you?
2. Energies; emphasis; example; endurance; excellence: When was the last time, you considered, the best way, to use your energies, and whether, the emphasis, might meet your personal, self – interest? What example, might you set, for yourself, which enhances your endurance, because it meets your best – interests, and overall happiness? Seek to proceed, at all times, with the utmost degree of personal, genuine excellence!
3. Character; creative; clever: When was the last time, you took an objective, introspective look, at the true, quality of your character? Are you, creative, enough, to reinvent, yourself, when needed, to become happier, healthier, and more, personally fulfilled? How clever will you be, in your own behalf?
4. Knowledge; know; keep: How will you determine, which aspects of your personality, and mind – set, make sense, for you to keep, maintain, and enhance, and which to address, in a quality manner? Will you have the discipline and commitment, to develop, relevant knowledge, so you know, how to best proceed? Will you, regularly, consider, the best way, for you to proceed, in order to remove harmful stresses, and tensions, and create the best path. for you?
