The Schwinn Airdyne Evolution Comp Exercise Bike is the update of the classic dual action exercise bike. Anything can be improved, and the standard model Airdyne is no exception. It’s the breeze… and the noise… See, the Airdyne models use the resistance from turning a fan to create the load you work against. Turning fans make wind and noise. In this case, lots of wind and lots of noise.
What the Evo has is a different fan and a different drive system. That fan is smaller and the drive is a belt not a chain. Plus, that makes for a physically smaller machine, easier to move and store.
